8 days no reason return service in 1688-5

You voluntarily apply for termination: You may apply for termination of the Service, and this Agreement shall terminate upon receipt of the application by Alibaba and cancellation of the No Reason for Return Service mark within 8 days.

2, you apply to join the 8-day no-reason return service based on the status of the service terminated.

3. Termination by Notice: Alibaba has the right to terminate this Agreement by giving a written notice seven (7) days in advance.

4. Unilateral Termination Right of Alibaba: If you violate any rules of Alibaba, including but not limited to any agreement under this Agreement and other rules of the Service, Alibaba has the right to immediately terminate this Agreement and punish you in accordance with the relevant rules.

5. The occurrence or realization of other termination conditions stipulated herein leads to the termination of this Agreement.

6. Regardless of the reason for the termination of this Agreement, you shall be fully and independently liable for any compensation and liability arising from your actions prior to the termination of this Agreement. Even if this Agreement is terminated, Alibaba shall have the right to deal with it in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement, including but not limited to using your margin to deal with buyer's claims arising from transactions occurring during the term of this Agreement.
