Conditions for applying for compensation

When the supplier fails to fulfill and meets all of the following conditions, the dropshipper may apply for compensation:

1. The seller to which the buyer applies for compensation must have joined the replacement service, and the commodity support of the transaction, such as: 15-day replacement or 7-day replacement service

2. The buyer and seller must conduct Alipay guaranteed transactions;

3. Any of the following situations occur in the after-sales process:

A. The seller refuses to perform the promised 15-day or 7-day replacement service

B. The seller shall charge extra fees when providing 15-day or 7-day replacement service
